Reflexology is a holistic therapy based on the principle that there are pressure points or ‘reflexes’ in the hands, feet and face that relate to all of the different parts of the body.  In this facial reflexology treatment I use my fingertips to gently stimulate pressure points on your face with massage and acupressure techniques, to release stress, tension and bring balance to your mind, body and spirit.  The effects are very similar to facial acupuncture but without the needles.
